Nice way for Putin to take out the competition for his oil and gas oligarch friends.

The **** are you talking about? Who would invade SA? Lesotho? Namibia? Russia? Get your damn head out your arse.
Surely you'd have seen a facetious comment. Surely...it's blatantly obvious that nobody would invade here. But I used it to highlight a point.

Seems their aim was to disrupt the electricity grid, not to destroy the reactors:

There's this thing called shrapnel. It hits things like pipes, sensitive equipment and it hits the scientist who knows how to shut the reactor down. Equipment fails, reactor fails, people running, animals running, screaming, nuclear smoke everywhere, death and what not. It's irritating and not very efficient.

Thanks man...my eyes needed a workout.

And I have never rolled them as much as I did while reading your post.

There was a little brief fire and now it was attacked?

Meantime Skolvik is laughing in the corner because he smoked inside.

These Russian are not only evil but also stupid.

It's day 9 of the conflict and you still take the media propaganda at face value and then Russians are the stupid ones? Touche...

so they take chernobyl, either as a strategic insertion point or to protect it from extremist forces, depends who you believe. but they currently do have control of chernobyl.

but now some people think they want to destroy this nuclear plant cause theyre "literally hitler" (even tho actual nazis are part of ukraine).. ?

yoh, so much poop flying back and forth.

im glad it wasnt damaged etc.

those kids being trained by the ukrainian neonazi group to hate muscovites must be coming along nicely now. i wonder how far extremists groups like nasiz are willing to go to get what they want..

Yes, Kremlin take on it: Evil Nazis burning their files to hide evil Nazi world domination scheme.

Western take on it: Russian neanderthals have no clue what is a nuclear plant and bombing it to kill more civilians.

It's going to come as quite a surprise to the clearly unhinged dictator if he thinks all the neo-Nazis live in Ukraine. I'd suggest he read up a bit more...
