Had an inkling he might have been. It got liked by the Magic Guy, which is why I asked the question. Clearly he took it seriously.

Lol, watched my wife and friends take the Hippocratic Oath and I can categorically state there's nothing in that indicating they need get patients hooked on taking more and more medication.

Tree Huggers...

PS: Not saying all pharmaceutical companies haven't done something dodgy, but they've saved more lives than conspiracy theorists here think. Saved more lives and those people have never gone on anything similar again. Just saying...
When money is involved it is called collusion not conspiracy.

Ingelheim. I have to say I have no moral or ethical problem from work done for big pharma companies,
So are you saying Boehringer Ingelheim, owns a diabetes treatment facility in Randburg South Africa.
By a "treatment facility" do you mean a medical practice, clinic or hospital? Do they employ doctors to provide clinical services? Do you know the name of this facility?

The fact is that the ketogenic diet has been user by Johns hopkins hospital for a hundred years to actually cure certain types of epilepsy among other conditions. No drug has ever been able to do that and if Keto was a drug it would be earning billions for some pharmaceutical company. See the movie with Meryl Streep called "First do no harm" and the "Charlie" foundation created by Jim Abrahams who's son was cured of epilepsy. Why is this not taught in medical school?
Oh yes, the Tim Noakes saga was an early source of enlightenment for me.

I installed computer points for consulting rooms in the buildiing they built in Robindale maybe 2002 or about that time. I just maintained the computers and printers but if its called a Diabetes treatment center then to me its medical.

The strange thing is that nature feeds nearly all mammalian babies on a high fat 60% (of solids) diet. Brains consist of a similar amount of saturated fat. How badly educated does a dietitian have to be to not know this.

I think along these lines every time I walk past the 'baby food' aisle.

As a computer tech I have worked in the diabetes treatment centre located in Randburg and belonging to a German pharmaceutical company. Lots of millions to be made by everyone including th IT company that does the medical software. When it's about money it is called collusion not conspiracy.

You need to speak to the big food corporates and their dishonest marketers about Keto and not the medical professionals. Medical professionals advise that the corporate diet of refined carbs and sugar you can see aisles of in your supermarket is extremely unhealthy. It's sold because it's cheap to produce with high profit margins with a legal addictive drug (Refined sugar) added to keep the customer coming back for more.

But being a computer tech in a pharma company does not make you a doctor nor qualified to comment on medical issues.

The Ketogenic diet is the natural diet. Suggest you chat to the food corporates that push high carb and refined sugar for profit.

Point the blame for the collusion in the right direction. The medical and pharmaceutical professions are responding to the disease causing lifestyles of their patients, not causing the conditions acquired by those patients because of their unhealthy lifestyles.

When the science is correct such as in the best of them all - The Minnesota diet heart study.

You have the medical qualifications to watch a video and comment on the accuracy conveyed and know whether any dishonest omissions were made? Omissions are how most dishonest videos are popularised. Some facts that the maker wants you to know are included but those contrary to the narrative are omitted.

Do you have the medical qualifications to recognise whether that is what is happening in a particular video?

So you absorbed medical knowledge by osmosis just because you wired up computer points and hooked up printers in a building that had no patients but dealt with diabetes information? Would you have become a judge, prosecutor or lawyer had you hooked up the same IT equipment in a court or would you be able to express legal opinions?

What amount and type of fat should the mammalian diet consist of during adulthood?

Thats why I mentioned that I used to work in IT but as Tim Noakes said the patient is now able to google medical information and doctors better make sure they are up to date. In IT I am always looking up newer better info. Are doctors arrogant enough to think everything they have learned is state of the art. That's not possible or is it?

Have a chat with the corporates for that content. Stop blaming the medical profession for corporates and their marketing departments.
