Because it is poorly built and crushes flat like a coke can, the Polo and Figo (both without airbags) also scored zero (because they didn't have airbags) but has structural integrity and weren't crushed. These test accidents are done at a mere 64km/h (or something like that).

Its just a totally unsafe vehicle. It will score 0 even with airbags.

Zizo is indulging in to much KFC. There airbag option on the GO is not available yet.

IIRC a driver's airbag option (only) will be available around July.

However they feel ABS is of far more importance than airbags. That's the deal breaker.

I don't see the benefit of ABS over a more solid body structure, even if you drive safely and defensively, some ahole can still get at you by his super crappy driving. ABS won't help one bit with that, so I disagree with Car Mag.

Yeah i hear you the go is a deathtrap but cheap enough for india where its made tor primarily....

I agree with CAR: ABS brakes have saved me a few crashes before, with other idiot drivers. MUCH better to stay out of an accident than stay safe through one, especially at higher speeds.

Truth be told, the Datsun go will have a great fan base from bikers. It gives the same level of protection than a bike, with the added bonus of a boot and more seats.

Datsun go = selfie stick with a gun attached to it
If you buy it, you know what you're getting yourself into. Even NCAP asked Datsun/Nissan to remove this car from production.
