True, but it's the same everywhere, procedures and protocols only start to matter when there is a mess and escapegoats are needed, many people get very comfortable and lose sight of that.

You would think the crime stats , missing weapons reports etc would trigger the protocols but nobody is held responsible , so no nobody give a crap about procedures etc.

It's always just easier to say the private gun owners are to blame for the stolen weapons, but they ignore these stats because the "oom" will bring the weapons back when they are done testing...... hopefully
