This was in the trial. Metadata proves that it is not the original picture but it cannot prove that a picture has been edited.

What does prove that Amber's pictures were edited is the many different versions of the same picture with different levels of hue/saturation/contrast/exposure seemingly changed to make her "injury" stick out.

Depp also submitted duplicate photos with different lighting applied. I could find it for you if I didn't already know how pointless it is to show you anything - but it's there in his evidence. It doesn't imply anything nefarious, it's just how iPhones work.

What? That's a ridiculous explanation which makes no sense in the context of the evidence. Go watch the trial.

But OK Mr. digital forensics expert. Teach me more about how iPhones "automatically" take multiple pictures, send them to third party apps to get "automatically" edited, resized and go through a bruise colorization algorithm so that you end up with many different versions with completely different exif data, colors and sizes.

It was much to do about nothing. The most damning thing is that Elaine let it slip that Amber was sexually abused which resulted in it going public, and if she'd been a little better at her job she could have had the camera's off and the sexual abuse parts confidential and not in the public viewing.

So it comes out when Amber crys about how her abuse is on display, it's actually her own legal teams blunder and not Depp + Team's fault.

Otherwise, a while bunch of Lawyer nonsense going on. Seems like Elaine is either incompetent OR she like to break the rules to get a win.
