btw I love all the "Did you even watch the trial???" guys who just ignore 70% of what actually went down during the trial.

Seeing as you have a problem with the jury's verdict. A panel of three judges will review Heard's appeal. Lets wait until then to see if they think that the result should be overturned.

If the verdict doesn't go in her favour or if she doesn't appeal then you need to change your username to eve_barlow or ambers_turd for three months.

If they rule in her favor he will change his name to Copernicus.

I admire your persistence here but life is too short to be arguing with misogynists over celebrities and their domestic violence.

When she explained how to fill out the verdict form.

Unbelievable. How the hell would you know? You didn't watch 100% of it! This is beyond ignorance. It's like an ignorance black hole.

That opinion is garbage.

When Ben Rottenborn said “If Amber was abused by Mr. Depp even one time, then she wins. And we’re not just talking about physical abuse but also emotional abuse, psychological abuse, financial abuse, sexual abuse.” he was wrong.

The first question on the verdict form regards the headline containing the words "sexual violence" which means proof of emotional abuse would not be sufficient to clear her of defamation.

In the trial, Camille Vasquez disputed Rottenborn's statement quite well if I remember correctly.

So the vast majority of people who watched the trial and agreed with the jury are "misogynists" now? How exactly did you come to that conclusion?

Because as Heard attorney Ben Rottenborn told the jury in his closing argument: “If Amber was abused by Mr. Depp even one time, then she wins. And we’re not just talking about physical abuse,” he said. It also included “emotional abuse, psychological abuse, financial abuse, sexual abuse.”

The problem with Rottenborn's approach is that every time Amber Turd lied about physical abuse, which she objectively did, the jury was less likely to believe her in other cases. The legal strategy of throwing $hit against the wall and hope some of it sticks backfired tremendously for Turd.

"My client could have been lying in all these other incidents, but they were telling the truth in at least one of them"

If Depp had thrown a bottle at Amber Heard and it had cut off part of her finger, there wouldn't be any debate about it being a case of domestic abuse.

The problem for your progressives is that your ideology blinds you to the fact that it is entirely possible for a rich, white man can be a victim of domestic abuse.

I mentioned way back when during closing arguments that it was odd that Amber's team left out "sexual abuse" in how he abused her.

I'm still not 100% sure why they left it out, but I speculate they assumed that would then say "The OP-ED mentions sexual abuse, but because we don't say it here, it means the OP-ED is not about Depp"

And then it backfired, where it came across as "oh, se probably lied about sexual abuse in the OP-ED".

Again, not exactly sure why they would leave it out of closing considering the claims of being raped with a bottle is pretty horrific.

Finally some support. Will make Knight No. 1 think he's right and everyone else is wrong again

Now all we need is for a turd knight to appear and we have the golden triangle

Hopefully Knight No. 1 will take my advice and realise that life is too short to be arguing with misogynists over celebrities and their domestic violence!

Probably didn't wanna remind the jury that the claim rests solely on the testimony where Amber squishes her face up in an attempt to look like she's crying (without tears) and then claims she "didn't know" if the bottle was broken or not.

It would be interesting to do some digging to see whose sexual assault incident she stole.
