The expert that was appointed by the court. It made up a rather big part of the court proceedings.

You should really watch the trial.

Funny because Dawn Hughes diagnosed her with PTSD

If you're talking about Shannon Curry, she was not appointed by the court, she was Depp's witness. And she had 12 hours to make her diagnosis of BPD and HPD. And she's not board-certified, and she met with Depp the previous day for dinner.

You see you didn’t watch the trial.
If you watched it you would have known how badly DR Huges discredited herself.

As I said, you have no idea how PTSD victims should behave on stand. Your reaction is typical of the reason abusers get away with it so easily.

Pfft.

Once again ignoring the gist of what was said. He specifically said the main issue is how she changed her behavior. One act for the deposition, one act for the UK trial, and now a different act for the US trial and we're expected to only believe this one and ignore the others.

LOL ok. Hey how about proving that instead of just asserting it and telling me to watch the trial?

How does he know how she acted during the UK trial? It wasn't televized.

Her diagnosis was based on a questionnaire which doesn't check for deception.

The test that did test for deception showed Amber to be deceptive.

Also, board certified doesn't mean what you think it means.

Its not for me to proof, it is all there.
Go watch the trial.
Why should I do the work for you. You will just find some stupid excuse why it isn’t true.

Dunno, but in the US trial they played her deposition tapes and the difference in her behavior is astounding.

BTW that deposition is also where she admitted to informing TMZ about her court appearance and when she realized what she was doing she quickly cut herself off.

There are so many times she was caught lying, yet you take her word as gospel.

She even said that the manager of the trailer park they stayed at and testified in court that her "room destruction" story was BS was not the actual manager and was not even there. I mean really?

She still upheld her diagnosis of PTSD.

Also, I simply don't think you can diagnose someone with serious mental issues after one day. Amber did try to have her actual psychologists testify, who knew all about her history of abuse and were actually qualified to give an account of her condition, but it was rejected from the US trial for some unfathomable reason.

I now understand why people like AH gets away with it.
Cerebus has displayed every symptom and trick that can be used by narcissists.
There is no arguing facts because they will twist everything to be the victim.

Perhaps the difference in her behaviour is down to the fact that she was in front of a judge and not having to tell the whole goddam world about her rape? Just off the top of my head.

Or, perhaps you're just watching very selective clips that don't actually tell you anything useful about her performance.

BTW that deposition is also where she admitted to informing TMZ about her court appearance and when she realized what she was doing she quickly cut herself off.

Where did that happen?

I explained this to you.
She didn’t want the doctor to testify she wanted her notes to be evidence.
And the judge said it was not admissible because amber could just have testified to everything in the notes.

You are gaslighting
