The witness made it clear that the only way TMZ could get the copyright to a video is if they bought it off someone. The video was made by Amber Heard, so she was the copyright holder before TMZ became the copyright holder.

I would imagine she had some idea that TMZ had been alerted. She sent/sold the video to TMZ and she alerted them of the fact that she was going to the court and that they should be there to take pictures. She was putting on a show for the press.

And it probably wouldn't have hurt her case that badly if she had just admitted it.

Point is that she lied to the jury more times than I could count and then after all that she expects them to believe wild tales of being raped with a bottle that may or may not have been broken? Or that Depp punched her countless times in the face yet nobody saw the injuries and she forgot to take a picture? She expects the jury to completely dismiss testimony after testimony by impartial witnesses because they don't fit Ambers version of events? She even expects them to believe that the witnesses aren't even who they say they are?

Why would she be telling the truth about being abused when she lies about knowing how to contact TMZ, something anyone with google or a phone book knows how to do?

Her own testimony and the testimony of witnesses proved her to be a liar while she was alleging everyone else to be lying without giving any evidence to back up her claims.

Depp and Heard get married. JD, using his fame, money and access to drugs gives all these things to AH, her friends and her family. Over time AH starts to dislike JD. He's a bit of an ******* and tramples of AH's need to be the center of attention and the "bigger star" of the two.

AH, wanting to get out, talks about this to her friends and family, but they are all on the JD drug and money bandwagon, so she's told to suck it up really. (This is where you could argue abuse, AH friends and family are using her, and JD is in a power position to almost anything he wants really)

As time goes on, AH needs a better and better excuse to get out so she exaggerates problems with JD and starts to record him (and photos of herself for any injury to blame on JD) to try and get into a position of power over him (ie. blackmail). Her friends and family still encourage her to go back (we can see this in the trial, AH sister would keep sending AH back to JD no matter what AH said to her. It could be the sister knew it was all exaggerations or the sister is a POS and didn't care about AH and wanted the money/drugs at the cost of her sister)

She starts to believe her exaggerations of IPA.

This lead AH to despise JD and the marriage became toxic (from both sides). But AH stays around because of the money/drugs/fame that JD brings with him. AH is surrounded by leechers using her to get to JD.

Then JD's mom dies and JD is tells AH he wants out. This puts AH into a panic as it immediately cuts off everything unless she can get as much of his money as possible. So she pulls the TMZ stunt to try win public opinion, blackmail JD and possibly win lots and lots of money from JD.

AH plays up donating pledging the money to win public opinion and use it as leverage to stop JD/media looking too closely on what is going on. But she keeps the money because she's a real bitch.

This then spirals out of control and AH feels that she needs to do the OP-ED to further herself and clear her name as a golddigger (which she and her actually friends were towards the end of the marriage).

Fast forward and the lawyers, seeing a nice pay cheque, tell AH that she has the best case ever and will win easily.

And it all backfires as she can't keep up the exaggerations/metal delusions she sowed those many years ago. He has to keep running with the lies as her ego, reputation and personality demand it from her.

Most that leeched off AH leave her high and dry in the court case.

There is new evidence that she filled for the divorce with the allegations because she knew she would loose everything. In the documents and voice call she explains she wants all the penthouses and JD has to pay for all the rent and maintenance for the rest of her life and her friends should be allowed to stay with her rent free while JD pays for everything.

She went to Aus to have a fight with JD because he wanted her to sign a postnup.

Depp lied multiple times. You can verify his lies in the most basic way, in contrast to hers which are mostly speculation. How did TMZ get the video? Who knows? What does that even have to do with the abuse claim? But Depp's lies are easily contradicted by his own contemporaneous messages.

Why do you have such a glaring double standard? Every single facial expression of Heard is somehow proof that she's a lying narcissist but Depp fumbling to keep his basic story straight and offering obvious bald lies about how events happened that are directly disproven by the messages he and his cohorts sent at the time is just glossed right over.

As for impartial witnesses, give me a fn break please. Amber had 80 witnesses ready to testify, 12 of which actually testified. Many of those were also impartial and some were even meant to be Depp's witnesses but testified to seeing her bruises. Half of his witnesses were on his payroll, such as Stephen Deuters who for some reason never had to testify in the US trial despite admitting in the UK that his messages were authentic. Again, your double standard is shocking.

What do you think of the testimony of Josh Drew? The UK judge found it particularly compelling precisely because of his impartiality to the whole case.

Dude, that recording is a joke. I already discussed it and it was entered into evidence. It's badly transcribed, it actually dates to before the Sun article, and it's part of a much longer chunk of audio where he admits to abuse.
