Her entire claim rests on her testimony. Her testimony describes being beaten to an inch of her life.

The evidence shows nothing of the sort.

Telling people that someone beat you close to death and raped you when they didn't is called defamation.

If she had told the truth there wouldn't be a case.

Well, that's what I remember reading somewhere. But she denied it, did she? Damn, seeing as she is such an honest character, I guess I simply have to believe her.

Cerebus seems to be the most misogynistic here. Hasn't said a good thing about any of the women in this trial at all.

Heard is a victim, Depp's lawyer is a liar and the judge is incompetent. Looks like he thinks all the women are weak.

Although he hasn't really inferred anything about Elaine. Let's test.

So the witness lied under oath?
She admitted to her security guard that they played a prank.
Two things, either the turd was a prank or the abuse claims.

It was a human turd. So who left it?
Her friend?
Maybe.
But no one on her team is admitting to anything.
Who would.
