It is hard to believe that so many, basically all, of Johnny's employees were aware that he was abusing Amber, but decided to help him cover it up.

I don't think that there is actual photographic evidence of abuse, there are merely photographs that are consistent with abuse, but are also consistent with many other causes of injury. I've had bruises on my body. At the same time, there are many photographs and video that show no injuries where injuries should have been clearly visible. I don't think that swelling and bruising from a broken nose can be covered up with makeup and ice to such an extent that Amber appeared picture perfect under the bright lights of a talk show the next day. Yes, Amber's makeup artist testified she saw bruises, but they could have been from any number of causes. There is also Amber's own nurse, a medically trained person, who testified that she did not observe any injuries on Amber when Amber claims that she had bruising and swelling on her face. There were also two police officers who were trained to deal with domestic violence cases, who testified they saw no injuries on Amber after Johnny had supposedly hit her. iO Tillet never saw Johnny hit Amber, he inferred it from the commotion in the background when he was speaking to Amber on the telephone.

You think I hit you? You think I ****ing hit you? What if I peel your ****ing hair back?' And then I heard the phone drop again and then I heard her scream."

That is not a "commotion".
