That audio actually suggests that Amber is the abuser and his use of "if" is him giving her another chance.

Drug abuse yes violence. Well if you call some mean texts and shouting violence. Meanwhile Amber confessed on tape that she became physical, got caught lying etc...
Is this case about screaming and being drunk? He has a problem with substance abuse we all know that.
Kicking Heard downstairs in an airplane
Firstly she claimed that he kicked her on the aeroplane and also claimed that he kicked Kate Moss down a flight of stairs.
Kate Moss rejected the claim (So Amber lied again.) and with Amber there's no evidence or witness testimony of the aeroplane behaviour despite it happening in front of people.
Nothing indicates that it was deliberate. I might be quite clumsy but me and my ex gf headbutted each other accidently quite a few times. I can see how the lack of snapping at each other made our relationship way more intimate than JD and AH so it could make sense that she was completely dumbfounded at a simple accident. Though I think it's more of a deliberate recording.
We're going over the same stuff over and over yet you still don't read or understand the dynamic in these situations. You also refuse to believe she is capable of lying and I can see from your “context tricks” and “must be true” behaviour that you're really emotionally pushed with whatever she says.

All this ‘evidence’ presented by both parties were tested. All the audio and video ( full length not just snippets) were given to the jury.
They sat there for 6 weeks and looked at all the evidence after the trial.
And still people think AH’s ‘evidence’ were not in someway disproven.
And the internet gives us the present of Cerebus that knows better even though he didn’t even watch the whole trial.

As Emily says, "You wrecked yourself before the OP-ED, thus no damages" would have been such a good position to be in.
They were to busy arguing over "that abuse happened" rather than "OP-ED caused no damage"
seems like want a do over, or undo the whole trial.
, they admitted and the ACLU admitted that the op ed was about JD.
I said from the beginning this was AH Trial to loose... and she did so spectacularly.
Seems like they decided : This worked for the UK Trial.
Hammer on drugs and Drinking and we will win it in the USA as well, not thinking that her evidence will be tested as she is not just a witness in this case
