The judge in the UK case pretty much ignored any evidence that Amber Heard was abusive towards Depp.

@Cerberus watch this if you want a good analysis of the UK trial.

No, I still kinda think the jurors in the US case and the entire public ignored vast quantities of evidence that Depp was abusive towards Heard.

Even India got the US trial pegged as a sham

But sure if you want to believe that in this relationship the abused partner was the one with a history of violence and drug abuse, twice the age and size of the woman, with 100x her wealth and popular support, just go ahead. Because that's obviously how abuse works in the real world right.

  • Amber Heard has a history of violence and even of domestic abuse
  • Amber Heard has a history of drug abuse
  • Size isn't a factor in Female on Male domestic abuse, this is often why these cases are dismissed because people wrongly assume that a big strong man can't possibly be abused by a small woman. This is flat out wrong and so often law enforcement condemn these men wrongly.
Indian legal system has its own issues (I seem to recall it failing rape victims) nor does their opinion matter any more than Lawtube's.

Don't really understand your obsession with defending her when it's fairly obvious that while both were toxic people, she was plain abusive. There's always been one factor that really kills her abuse case, abusers distance their victims from their friends. JD let them live rent free right next door in penthouses. Had she not overexaggerated her case she probably would have won but her tales were beyond belief, especially when you combine that with next day media appearances. Make up and ice can hide a lot but what she claimed and what would have been visible were not realistic. She was not believable and what you constantly seem to want to do is turn words into actions without context or evidence while neglecting the shear amount of evidence on the other side. Again all her lawyer's had to do was prove one incident, they couldn't and it was obvious that the images were manipulated and Amber herself was complicit in roping in TMZ.

You know if Mr. Worldwide defends amber turd, he is wrong and amber was the actual abuser.
I'm honestly impress with the amount of time he spend on this topic. I don't think Amber's lawyers who get paid in the millions did as much effort as he did, and cerebus did it all for FREE.

Not sure what he told his wife during all the research time. "Babes, I'm proving all these people, lawyers, eye witnesses, jury and judge WRONG. Hold my beer!! #Amber4ever!!!"

You keep mentioning evidence but instead of presenting it you show us this kind of BS:

Wow you found the one lawyer who actually believes the jurors were given ipads to check out the latest memes and look at what people on twitter and youtube think about the case so that they could make a "popular" decision.
Does he have any evidence to back up this theory? Nada.
Hence, Mr. Gupta is talking kak.

Johnny Depp settled out of court with Gregg Brooks who accused him of assaulting him on the set of City of Lies

Of course he was pretty much screwed in this case since he admitted to the assault in a Guardian interview.

But let's carry on believing that someone who would batter a colleague while drunk on set would never lay a precious finger on his....*checks notes*.... "slippery whore that I donated my jizz" wife

So basically...he took her to court because she lied, and he settled with the dude because he apparently admitted to guilt already.

So two different cases, with two different legal approaches.

It's almost as if the cases are completely different and so were handled differently.

Put it this way - would you ever hit your wife? If the answer is no - would you ever fight a dude?

I would fight a dude, I have never and would never hit a women unless to actually defend my life or something.

Your Depp simping is pathetic and weirdly homoerotic
Don't blame me if you're getting aroused man.

What simping? I'm not even a massive Depp fan, but your hardcore defense of an obviously guilty women is perplexing and makes for fun poking holes in your silliness.

I was referring to different legal approaches to legal issues. Do you not see a difference in these cases?
