Expanding 3G HSPDA in Krugersdorp area

Can you confirm whether the Beckendam Tower is Edge enabled and then when the upgrade to 3G HSPDA is planned for the Protea Ridge and Beckendam towers. I am sure that from where I live I will be able to reach the Protea Ridge tower as it is the same distance as my current connection to the Vodacom tower I am using - about 8.5km (The Poynting LPDA arial with the Linksys router is a brilliant setup)
