The mandate of the reserve bank is to maintain inflation between 3? And 6% they are not playing there cards close to their chest. It's public knowledge.

They somewhat considered the economy, which is shít. So as long as inflation is under 6 there won't be a rate increase.
Inflation Above 6 might get 0.5%
