Not bothering to read the article, have read others on finance sites regarding dollar.

Lowering of interest rates in US is only expected end of 2023, South Africa with constant load shedding has no chance of stronger unless you're going to only measure H1 vs H2 or something since load shedding is usually worst in winter and dollar should weaken slightly end of year.
