I bought a house in a secure complex last year (freehold, not sectional title), and I'm curious as to where, exactly, the boundaries of my property are in relation to the common property of the complex.
How could I find this out? Would a copy of the title deed show the boundaries, or would I need a site plan or something else? And how would I go about getting it (I assume there'll be a fee involved
)
