I have an explora 1 as primary and then bought a HD 5u as a secondary. Had an accredited installer do the neccessary set-up etc...but then he noticed there was no HD on the secondary channels, just SDef ( 101 + 201 etc ) Thought it was very strange and phoned MC. They in turn could not get the HD going and after trying for 2 hrs they told him it was due to heavy traffic and that it would come through at about midnight. Needless to say ..that was Saterday morning 7/4/2018 and up until today 10/4/2018 ( reboot after reboot ) still no HD channels. Any ideas...anybody. I would appreciate help on this problem.
