I don't get this "Vettel has a tough job" notion. Verstappen, Bottas etc have all come from the very rear to be in the top 4/5. Vettel is in 8th....he can gain all those positions in the first corner if he wants.

His got a tough job because his not required to be top 4/5 or even top 2/3. He has to finish first and take Lewis out on his way there
