Assuming he qualified on Pole . He is more likely to qualify 2nd or 3rd and drop to 6th.

Or "Best of the Rest" though in F1 terms that normally refers to 4th in Team standings.
I remember one of the Drivers saying that 2nd was "First of the Losers".

Looks pointless but Ferrari have some fairings and mirrors mounted on theirs.

I remember the cheaty bits around the mirrors on the Ferrari, but as a built in aero on the actual halo I don’t think I’ve seen it on any car before this weekend.

Toro Rosso have something similar and it broke off and hit one of their drivers heads. in FP3

Speeding under a red flag.

Why did Vettel pick up a penalty during practice?

Red flags were out and he had to slow down to somewhere between 40-60. Instead he goes 100-120. He said that it would've been dangerous to go slower because somebody could hit him from the rear, yet he is the only one penalised.

He just likes playing F1 in "hard mode".
