WTF wouldn't they pit Verstappen?!

Would have come out in second. However that may have been better given he’d have new tyres. His tyres can do 50 laps, he’ll have done 45 by the end but that includes the battle with Hamilton. Looks like an exciting finish unless his tyres fall off. Hamilton isn’t catching the way he needs to.

Bottas is just missing that 1% drivers like Max and Lewis (and even Seb) have got, he just can’t be clinical and cut through the field.

Verstappen's Red Bull is almost the official opposition to Hamilton's Mercedes in the DWC. Just 7 points to Bottas in the second Merc. If that doesn't get him noticed, nothing will. He is driving the wheels off that RB.

Should've pitted Max immediately and put softs on, even if he ended up behind Lewis. He would've been faster than even Vettel at the end

Good race though. Max seems humble and not too disappointed

Seems like there was just no way for Verstappen to have won this. I thought he should've pitted as well but it seems everybody (Horner, Toto, Di Resta) all reckon track position is way more important on this track.

Tbh, nobody expected the Red Bull to be such a sitting duck in a straight line on that track. Remember how even Schumacher could defend from Button on slicks with his worn inters?

In my opinion, Max is the best driver on the grid. Put him in a Merc and he'll beat Lewis.
