Vettel's pace was flattering today, given how slow Hamilton was. If he'd been able to scamper off, I don't doubt Ferrari would've been well back. A great result for Vettel certainly, but I think it will only paper of their cracks. Think it will be normal service resumed in Canada.

Certainly not as boring or predictable as most Monaco GP.
And now we know that Ferrari's problem is that they can't handle two cars.

True that, probably as exciting as can be expected without rain.

Nooooooooooooo!

Damn.
in his words:

Race may be cut short Rain at about the start of the third hour and Because of TV They can't extend coverage.
So, if stopped after 1/2 race completed. They declare the winner.

How American

What time does the race actually start? Would like to switch over once all the gaudy pomp and ceremony is done.

Excellent Monaco as they go I think. Very strategic.

Hamilton had no reason to go fast because of the risk of rain or a safety car.

Max was hungry for the win, but just didn't have the power through the tunnel. He was waiting for HAM to make one mistake lap after lap, but he didn't.

Ricciardo and Magnussen got shafted in traffic after pitting immediately at the safety car. That was a little disappointing.

Amazing, understated drives by Albon, Sainz and actually Grosjean considering his unfortunate qualifying run.

Gasly really got his head down after pitting for the soft tyres, he was catching at 3.5 seconds per lap! Had they done it a few laps earlier, he could've given Bottas a hard time at the end.

I think there was plenty of strategic action today. What action do you guys want? Crashes?

I don't get the Indy 500 hype. "Greatest spectacle"... it's never as "exciting" as F1/F2 unless there is a crash.

And that starting ceremony: that's a LOT if singing.

Oh, and thebad breaks on DSTV to advertise DSTV

Rather useless turning left all day long. And it’s so pro America at the start it makes my heart bleed red white and blue. I rather watch kids go round a go-kart track

Well there was a moment in the pit lane where a car hit another and sent a tyres flying. No American was injured though :/
