Of course they were both playing games, only one did something dangerous worthy of a penalty though.

That story is even more overused than the race card. He went for a check up, not because he was injured. And he carried a big chunk of the blame for that accident.
Just as Lewis carries a big chunk of blame for yesterday's?

It's overused because HAM fans are incapable of of assigning the blame correctly

VER is to blame for last night given the telemetry data
HAM is to blame for Silverstone.

No if and buts about yes the other driver also plays a part. You want to play the card of "well this is what the FIA said" then this is the outcome. Which again means if you want to call VER dangerous and whatever else, then HAM is the same.

HAM and VER are actually more alike that what most people are willing to admit...

Didn't Lewis claim he had no idea they were giving the place back?
The fanboi will never give an open and honest statement of what he believes, except when Hamilton ran Verstappen off the road. That was Max's fault along with everything else.
Remember, 120km/h could have killed him (oh, the overexxageration) where Mazepin proved 200km/h+ was just a crash.

I say let them fight, enough of these lame rules. Let the men fight for position, dirty tactics is in order.

Aah the good old days of F1, when dirty tactics were part of the spectacle these young uns of today complaining over a few dirty tactics, should go and re watch F1 back in the 90s

Why was verstappen given a 5 second penalty for passing off the track, when he had been instructed to give the place back?

Well thats a wrap folks, hamilton will obviously win this championship, merc clearly faster than redbull judging by these last few races

Im happy its down to the last race but not gonna lie, bit bummed because that means 1 entire "f1 era" has been dominated by 1 team, that sucks man, not to mention the feeling of oh yes this is a titanic battle is gone now that ham has his new rocket engine, the performance difference is clear imo so i honestly believe RB are just clutching at straws at this point

So ham will be the new 8 times champ "GOAT" but lets be real, after he claims that, i know people would want to see him dethroned but to me personally he can keep that record, i dont want another "GOAT" for the next 9 years, its boring as hell. Hopefully the next era will mix it up a bit but im cynical at this point....

Hamilton has taken drivers out before, let's not forget that. Well, you can if you're a diehard fanboi at least. Then it's easy to forget.

Of course, Lewis also carries some blame for yesterday, he was playing games as much as Ver, they're in a battle for the championship so it's probably to be expected from both, one took it over the top though with his brake checking and his weaving.

They are very much alike yes, but Ver is overly aggressive, I would not be surprised at all if he is involved in an accident where someone gets either very badly hurt, or worse.

I doubt anyone could describe yesterdays race as boring, you'd have to be nuts. And I'd say the two top cars are both fast, but fast at different places around the circuit and dominant at different circuits as well.

After 3 laps HAM had not regained his position, thus a 5s penalty.

It poses some interesting questions, because VER slowed to allow him through but HAM didn't take the position.

Im not talking about this race specifically, im talking the seasons as a whole, this season was atleast spicy up to the point where hamilton got a new engine but everything before that was a yawnfest, ferarri had a moment but between vettel choking and ferarri fuel flowing that came to a swift end also. But 8 years of the same result really sucks imo

Oh, we also learnt that under safety car you are allowed to go slower than expected to hold up the field. (BOT and VER)

So it is normal behaviour under racing conditions to sit behind a slowing car and indeed slow down in order to stay behind them? Instead of I don't know, pulling out and overtaking?

Inb4 hE dIdNt WaNt To gIvE MaX DrS

He played a stupid game and nearly won a stupid prize. Nobody's fault that he found himself in that situation.

You cannot keep on throwing sh*t at Max when Lewis is playing games himself.

I'll keep on referencing him because he spoke sense; Carlos Sainz said these stupid little incidents do not happen if one of the drivers wants to avoid it.
LOL, that was as calculated by Max as it was by Lewis. Come on. So obvious.
