I still miss the V8 sound !
If I were Mc Laren I would not take Alonso, He cause them big pain last time. But he is a good driver.

An assumption based on the current F14t, not the car we're speculating he'll be driving?but you need to cut down on mistakes because Alonso will be driving a faster car than the F14t next year.
Actually I think Rosberg was doing the right thing with what he had - a poor start. If he could have done what Massa did, he might have taken the win... and can you imagine how much of a nailbiter it would have been had Massa in 3rd been chasing down Lewis in 2nd?
Quite an anti-climactic end to the season, it has to be said. Still, the right man won in the end. Eleven wins to Rosberg's five (I think).
Here's hoping 2015 brings closer racing and a wider variety of winners and title contenders.
Actually I thought it wasn't bad considering the WC was won in the last race.

Yeah, I don't deny that the season as a whole was good; just that the final showdown was a bit of a letdown. Was hoping to see a fully functioning Rosberg take it to Hamilton. Whether he could've done anything is something I guess we'll never know.
King Juan Carlos I of Spain may have inadvertently confirmed Fernando Alonso's move to McLaren after he announced it in Abu Dhabi.
Juan Carlos, who abdicated the throne earlier this year and was replaced by Felipe VI, is known to be close to Alonso and said his fellow countryman had told him he will be driving for McLaren next season when quizzed by Spanish television on Sunday. Alonso's move to McLaren is widely expected but remains unconfirmed as the team dithers over announcing his 2015 team-mate.
"I'm here to support Fernando in his last race," King Juan Carlos said. "He told me he is going to join McLaren and that he's very happy."
When asked about what Juan Carlos had said, Alonso laughed and said he is not a man who can challenge royalty.
"What the king says, you can't say anything opposite," Alonso joked. "The king is the king and he is always right."
Ferrari has announced Maurizio Arrivabene will replace Marco Mattiacci as team principal.
Arrivabene has been involved in F1 through Ferrari's sponsorship deal with Philip Morris and is also brand manager of Marlboro. Rumours in the Abu Dhabi paddock suggested such a move was imminent, with Mattiacci believed to be set for a senior role in Ferrari.
