Did Facebook founder Mark E. Zuckerberg steal the original idea for his social networking website from a fellow student at Harvard? According to Aaron J. Greenspan he is in fact the creator of original college social networking system, and he has the emails to prove it.

The US patent system is different - not the first to do something with the idea / invention incl registering it, but the first with the idea/invention. Crazy. Lots of talk that the US must change that as it leaves a lot of open space for lawsuits all over the place. As one guy put it: every new invention probably uses copyright/patent of at least 30 others. It is just too much hassle for them to sue.
