Has anybody comes across this? I lose internet and get this message on my router everyday. Rebooting ONT and router doesn't help.

I see it in my dreams. Please help.

I've noticed this happening as well. I chalked it up to loadshedding hitting other areas that the packets are travelling through. It normally resolves itself within like 30minutes, so again, assuming that they reroute traffic or something.

Loadshedding is a giant fsck you to any form of communication in the country. Cellphone towers are dying.. So don't think your fibre won't be affected.

Had this last week, called the ISP and they said that they had a lot of people phoning in about the same issue but they had no idea what's causing it. It did resolve itself after about 30 minutes.

Hi Peter! That isn't normal at all. It means your router's IP cannot be obtained from our servers (possibly dishing out multiple IP addresses)
Please PM me your Client Zone details, I'd like to take a closer look at what MAC address we have listed under your account.
