There are many practices from around the world spanning all cultures, which could be considered savage.
But i think you and Geoff can see the trap he is trying to lay.

Just want an honest answer.

I mean when that white guy raped that little kid in Dros, nobody made it about culture - and if they did, what culture would it be? White culture? Boer? English? French?

If people say something, they should be able to back it up.

These traditional healers should all be chucked in prison. My mother many years ago had a lady that worked for her that started getting progressively sicker but her moron brother would not let her get to a doctor because he believed only a traditional healer moron and his useless muti could help. The diagnosis was she had a snake in her stomach

My mother eventually took her to a hospital and she had HIV.
Racist. Don't you dare to presume that your racist, evil and white colonial medicine is better than traditional African medicine.

That is called business, not savagery. I don’t see any lips or sexual organs being cut off there.
You think they give muti away for free? Anyway, I'll show you what asian contries do to kids when I find the video on 8chan, the search results aren't showing anything

You must be really grasping when even google can't find what you looking for.

Or children being dismembered aren't on the first page of google...

Just like there is no "culture" for dismembering children...

Tie them onto railway tracks and pour petrol. As the train is approaching, set them on fire. A flaming diced porch chops braai.

Is that a wide spread practice ?
Or just a pedophile ?
One persons actions can hardly be thought of as cultural, but practices which are carried out by many people can be thought of as cultural.

Be more specific? There are a lot of savages in the world
One in five people in South Africa's rural areas has had first-hand experience of a human body part being trafficked after a muti killing.

And, of the body parts mentioned in their accounts, male genitals, breasts, hearts, fingers and tongues are the most commonly listed, according to research undertaken by the Human Rights League in Mozambique and supported by Childline in South Africa.

The study's findings are all the more shocking after the recent discovery of 10-year-old Masego Kgomo's mutilated body in dense bush in Soshanguve, Tshwane.

That culture extends into other areas of mindless cruelty like slaughtering an animal to please the ancestors who are super pleased by the cries of agony from the animal or human victim.

Zuma sacrifices bull at centenary
The ANC centenary celebrations formally commenced on Saturday with a traditional cleansing ceremony in Waaihoek.

Taking place on the grounds where the church in which the ruling party was founded in 1912 lies, several animals were ceremonially slaughtered.

Traditional and religious leaders opened the cleansing ceremony outside the church on Friday evening with an inter-faith service that turned into an overnight vigil running until the sacrificial ceremony took place. [/quote/

The Durban Institute of Technology (DIT) on Wednesday became the first institution of higher learning in the country to slaughter a cow in a desperate attempt to curb the deaths of students and staff on campus.

The traditional cleansing ceremony attended by DIT senior management, union representatives, employees and student leaders was described by DIT vice-chancellor Dan Ncayiyana as a traditional response to the "modern" dangers facing students.

But hey, Apartheid was bad Hmmmm.

Extremely racist, obviously apartheid was bad. If people should be deprived of freedoms because they share a race with somebody you don't like, you got a problem in your head.
