O ja, you have been updated with a response on your previous query regarding this same topic. This has been handed to Revenue assurance and the MNP Port Support team.

No communication from MTN as yet on this matter despite the fact that you have handed it over to them.

Its crazy the way this affair is handled.When is this matter going to be urgent enough as the bills continue coming , must I wait for judgements to kick in and the legal department to harass me for money for an account that does'nt exist.

dude , i've emailed MTN from the MTNActive site , I've left messages for my account manager to get back to me , I've pm'ed you for assitance , I've gone to the walk-in centre in Century City , what more must I do ( since its clearly so hard for MTN to actually for once call me ) just to tell MTN to stop billing me for a line that they clearly do NOT have on their network and thus bill for anymore.

clearly MTN's retentions or revenue team don't want to give 2 hoots or simply will send me bill after bill after bill and blame it on someone else all the time.

for my lousy R20k per annum that I spend with MTN , can I at least have some inkling of real service ( ie solve my problem since its MTN's problem in the 1st place )

Now I rest my case.
