Translated the SAP did not have a vehicle to go to the farm. Somebody had to go and fetch them to come to the scene after Grobler insisted. Not really the behavior of someone that's got something to hide.

That's why they have people talking to the media. Even American prosecutors talk to the media about cases but the judiciary doesn't. Judiciary is supposed to be impartial.

NPA on the other hand are facilitate enrolment of cases and subsequent prosecution thereof. The NPA spokesperson issues statements all the time.

It used to be posted outside the court. The last time I asked for it I got suspicious looks and a refusal from the admin clerk. She wanted to know why I wanted to see it. Replying that it was a public document didn't sway her. Incompetent, arrogant and authoritative civil servants as usual.

Probably POPIA. Nowadays you can't verify anything, you blindly have to take everything at trust, hoping some highly qualified paid official is doing his job correctly.

I'm rural. If the computer gets used for anything other than Solitaire I would be surprised. They couldn't send an email to another court either. A friend had to phone that court himself. Not much help there either.

So it's specific to the closest court to you and can be attributed to incompetence...or something else.
