Like with anything that goes to court, innocent until proven otherwise.
But the media and EFF have convicted him already.

Names of the perps. They release statements about crimes all the time. Follow their facebook or twitter account. I think they do the same on their website. The police are not allowed to publish anything about a criminal case.
Not really. Where do you see it?But the media and EFF have convicted him already.
Is "all of a sardine" like a reference that I'm not getting or are we just ignoring that you said that instead of "all of a sudden"?
Horseshit. The police are not allowed to publish anything about a criminal case.

That is what @ForceFate meant, or what I read, that they release info about crimes but not the names of accused. The names of accused can only be released after appearance in court. The police do not release those names. The court does.
Yes. That's what I'm saying. However, they can release statements about the case if info contained doesn't compromise safety of the accused, the victim or their families thereofThe names of accused can only be released after appearance in court. But are they not quoting Monica Nyuswa?Have a read of the original report:
Mpumalanga Community Safety, Security and Liaison MEC Vusi Shongwe condemned in the incident.
According to Mpumalanga National Prosecuting Authority spokesperson Monica Nyuswa, the man lived on the same property as the children.
She said the children were playing with corn from his farm when Grobler allegedly drove over them. Nyuswa added one of their parents used to work for the friend of the accused in the same farm. Grobler made his first court appearance on Monday.
Might as well skip the court case. These guys have convicted him already. And if you read the report, you will see nobody mentions he called the police himself...

but waaaaaaaaaay less likely. While it's possible that it may have been unintentional, it's also possible they were running directly in front of the car and stopped suddenly.
Did the assault happen before or after they were hit?
Kids are unpredictable. Nervous kids even more so.but waaaaaaaaaay less likely.

Horseshit.
They publish statements about cases all the time.
What they publish about cases is controled, but they have people emplyed specifically for media statements.
Some of them are, or were ‘Fishy’ but they still published.
i would have more sympathy for that remark if you didn't WANT it so badly.Kids are unpredictable. Nervous kids even more so.
Possibly statement as obtained from the kids and submitted to the NPA. It's also claimed in the same article that the kids "appeared out of nowhere.Yes. And has she not conveyed incorrect information? Or suggested the children may be innocent? Whose narrative is she conveying? That of innocence till proven guilty?
Read their social media pages. They publish statements about cases that may be of public interest. However, if there are pictures of the accused, they block their faces. The police are not allowed to publish anything about a criminal case.
Let us see how it unfolds over the coming years...No seriously, he has a case to answer. Whether guilty or not will be determined by the courts. He did something.

Don't forget the NPA is not rhe Judiciary. The judiciary won't release a statement like this while the case is still before the courts.
