Favoree aims to be Rotten Tomatoes of YouTube channels

All of this because of youtube's kak. And how long before you've got to watch a forced ad before you can see the ratings of your favourite youtube ad riddled shows on this new site?

So ignoring all the ranting...

This is actually an interesting idea because of course Youtube "recommended" algorithm is self-reinforcing so you do miss a lot of good content on the platform if it falls just outside of the algorithms determination of what you want to watch.

Might give this site a look see a bit later and see if anything interesting and new pops up.

Couple it with a "reputation" based algorithm, and some or other incentivized feedback, you might end up with a credible review.
