I don't know? How about speaking to Joe's and his sons' business associates in China? The same ones that are being heavily shielded. Perhaps they or China stands to benefit.

A politician is a different monster irrespective of which country they are in. Ever noticed how a politician can never answer a direct question even when it is a simple Yes/No question?
