It's part of an ongoing investigation and outlines what's being investigated as well as how they're gathering information, so not anytime before, I presume, someone if formally charged.

Since the warrant was already executed the affidavit can be released. Doubt it influences an active investigation. I see some from the House Intelligence Committee have asked for it.
Given how much of a powerkeg this situation is, it would be an easy way to allay some fears

The most informative — and sensitive — document connected to the search of Mar-a-Lago will not be made public for now.

The affidavit in support of the warrant explains why prosecutors believed there was probable cause that evidence of a crime could found be at the Florida estate.

While the FBI might work over weekends those that will push for such a release most certainly don't. So I guess we'll see what happens Monday.

They began phased implementation last year. I think federal agents were not required to wear them before that. Whether the implementation has covered the entirely of the country...I don't know.
