Under Trump, the USA didn't do too badly. Yeah, divisiveness rose in spades and buckets. But by all other measurable metrics, things were fine. If you call bringing South Africa to the brink of economic collapse, gutting all organs of state and inciting violence through targeted and sophisticated racial messaging, "FUN" you need to have your head examined.

And that was the point I was making with calling re-electing Trump "fun" - fun for this thread, fun for all the tears but not fun in terms of politics.
