We can wait for more info, I thought that boxes were taken was confirmation that it was at least paper.

I think that Trump took the documents to use them as leverage against being prosecuted, i.e. "if I go to jail, the secrets in these documents become public".

You understand that anything can be declared a Presidential record, right? Even doodles on pieces of paper. Boxes being removed means nothing until we see what evidence they have to get a warrant for the raid, and if there was anything to back it up.

However, it seems like another "whistleblower" is helping the DOJ and Democrats once again. So, we all wait for this "evidence" to come forth.

Trump should have just kept everything digital, hosted them on his own server and then used a hammer and BleachBit to destroy everything when requested to hand it over. Then he would have got off scott free. The standards have been set, so is it unreasonable to expect anything else?

We can wait and see more, however everyone is jumping the gun already by condemning Trump or the FBI. I suspect the upcoming weeks will just be more of the same that happened during his presidency.

Were you around here during Trump's Presidency? There was a group who posted multiple times a day screaming about the most dumb **** on this very forums. Thousands and thousands of pages to the point where people admitted they could not sleep because of the anxiety Trump caused them. They had an entire movement based on bringing him down. The whole #Resist movement was massive. It's like you are living in an alternative reality.

Yeah I know some on the left went rather mental with social media posts about renouncing citizenships and what not. Fair weather adherents the lot of them, none ever followed up on the promises to slit wrists and what not. The Trumpers though, they defended their dear leader to the steps (and inside) of the Capitol. That's proper worship.

Or Trump could have just obeyed the law he signed into existence to clamp down on whistleblowers by making leaks a felony
