The day I stop working for a company, generally, they want all their hardware and documentation returned immediately

It's absolutely astounding that Trumpettes think Trump-jesus was under no requirement to return anything
He would not have been POTUS when he left the White House. Anyways, since when has any other President of the USA been able to take critical documents involving national security from the WH when they left office?
I am not defending him
The docs were taken well before he left the WH

It doesn't excuse not returning them

Raymond Dearie again smacking down the nonsensical claims being made by Trump’s lawyers. Who in their right minds would ever represent Trump at this point? They’re likely to get charged with perjury if they keep repeating the garbage keeps trying to sell.

Judge Raymond Dearie, the court-appointed special master, said in a filing Thursday that Trump’s team needs to submit a sworn declaration saying if they believe the Justice Department included any items on their “inventory” of materials taken from Mar-a-Lago that were not actually seized during the search.

The declaration must include “a list of any specific items set forth in the Detailed Property Inventory that Plaintiff asserts were not seized from the Premises on August 8, 2022,” Dearie wrote in the order.

Dump taking scit as usual. I am curious though. How would one prove a planted evidence without the existence of cameras in every room and covering every angle?

Credit where it's due. The NY AG lawsuit wouldn't have happened if Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez hadn't spoken during the questioning of Michael Cohen:

I don't know whether that is true because his inflated and deflated Property values was written about quite a bit.

Did it help? Oh yes.

I do love the response... The banking people should have checked
