I wonder if the FBI will be extending the same courtesy to Bidens prostitute loving druggie son?

DeSantis is just as demented as Trump... if not worse.
He certainly is a fitting disciple of chaos.
They're all AntiChrists.
So who would be your choice for president and VP in 2024?
Sleepy Joe again?
Cackling Kamala the queen of word salads
AOC, the radical lefty that has the intellect of a gnat?
Warren the Pocahontas wannabe?

Might be worth reading this before checking out the warrant...

Hey Siri, what is espionage?
So basically only subsection (f) has any possibility of being applicable.
Curious if this will then also apply to all those that lost chain of custody of said materials or those that leaked it to the press

To call that espionage is a bit of a stretch though. I know people are eager to prevent him from running, but

Asha did a thread on this earlier this morning, before the warrant came out...

Whatever happens, if he's indicted under the Espionage Act it won't look good on a resume.

A list of documents removed from former President Donald J. Trump’s Florida residence, Mar-a-Lago, include materials marked as top secret and meant to be viewed only in secure government facilities, The Wall Street Journal reported on Friday.

Federal agents who executed a search warrant on Monday seized 11 sets of documents in all, including some marked as “classified/TS/SCI” documents — shorthand for “top secret/sensitive compartmentalized information,” according to the report.

In total, agents collected four sets of top secret documents, three sets of secret documents and three sets of confidential documents, The Journal reported, saying it had reviewed the inventory of items taken in the search. Included in the manifest were also files pertaining to the pardon of Roger J. Stone Jr., a longtime associate of Mr. Trump, and a briefing dossier on President Emmanuel Macron of France.
The inventory, which accompanied a warrant issued by a federal judge, is expected to be released as part of the Justice Department’s efforts to make the warrant and some supporting materials public. The materials published by The Journal were not provided to the newspaper by the government, several Biden administration officials said.
Calls and texts sent to Mr. Trump’s lawyers were not immediately returned.
The warrant appears to have given agents fairly broad latitude in searching for materials deemed to be improperly stored at Mar-a-Lago, allowing access to “the 45 Office” and “all storage rooms and all other rooms or areas” on the premises that might be used to store documents.

The search warrant for Trump’s residence cited three criminal laws, all from Title 18 of the United States Code. Section 793, better known as the Espionage Act, which covers the unlawful retention of defense-related information that could harm the United States or aid a foreign adversary; Section 1519, which covers destroying or concealing documents to obstruct government investigations or administrative proceedings; and Section 2071, which covers the unlawful removal of government records. Notably, none of those laws turn on whether information was deemed to be unclassified.

I laughed a bit about the Rosenbburgs. Likely some demented people with a serious case of wishful think out there.
The rest of her statements rest on a very big IF. There is no "at the very minimum".

Considering it took them over a year to retrieve these documents, again doesn't make it sound very important, how many years will the investigation take?

TIL The FBI do not work on weekends, especially not when it pertains to potentially damaging classified information. SMH. Clown world.

So I guess all the nonsense about it not being released turned out be bogus? Zuma yada yada

So the talk about "nuclear" information was just BS. These people just commit so many self owns but have zero self awareness to realize it.

Potentially triggering some buttery nonsense...
Just a reminder that Hillary's server also contained 8 email chains with information that was Top Secret; 36 chains contained Secret information; eight contained Confidential information
Whether something is physical or electronic does not make much of a difference.

Also keep in mind the conclusion was that they did not find clear evidence that she or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information.
So now the big question. Will the same intent apply here?

The laptop has more evidence on it of Biden misdeeds than the entirety of Russiagate.

That's why people get so mad that it won't go away. Hopefully the Republicans take out House and Senate in the next few years and we can get to watch pollical witch hunts via congressional hearings.

A precedent has been set, so it should apply. However, we all know the Democrats have no standards, so expect it not to.

Meanwhile, we get to watch the usual hypocrites shill and cry over these alleged crimes while mocking Trump supporters about Hillary Clinton. These mooks don't even realize their own politicians are tearing the institutions apart which should be protecting the public.

Forgot to add...
The main reason why they didn't act Friday or over the weekend is that news on those days garner much less traffic than on Monday. Which is why you'll often see negative press being released closer to COB on a Friday. Quite a normal tactics.
