If you want to go that route then you may as well implement policies that no photoshopped photo must ever be allowed, whether in jest or not. Add to that that, no out of context clips, omitting pertinent information. While we're at it also apply these standards to the various late night "comedy" shows as that is where a good chuck of people get most of their news.
Trying to come up with a catchy name in case justice is served.

They began phased implementation last year. I think federal agents were not required to wear them before that. Whether the implementation has covered the entirely of the country...I don't know.
