Huh? Every (well most) manufacters sells PDP's already.

What do you think they use in Burger King, KFC, McDonalds and just about any display area?

And they are a whole lot cheaper while offering the same panels etc.

You probably won't find much in the way of Smart features though.

Sure...and they're more expensive, no? Despite having less functionality technically, the price goes up.

How many ms?

Dont know the exact ms, but what i do know is ive personally tested most of the models against other brands thats slightly higher priced with very good results. They all have deeper blacks and brighter whites as well.

Ok, well that doesn't help because it's not listed on your website either.

Can't just take someones word for it, need some hard facts please.

I'll see what hard facts i can get, but I advise to go test it for yourself.

That is actually a very good point. I would love it if manufacturers quote input lag together with the other important specs like contrast and brightness.

Hisense, being less known internationally, typically don't feature on the input lag databases. If I can't find the input lag for a given model, I assume it's something like this:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NFL2KW_bKzs

Even if we could drag our consoles with us to the stores to test, you sometimes only really get a feel for how good or bad it is after using it for a while, and it isn't something the average Joe can just measure.

Yes that half I will get u?
How much u willing to spend on a TV with low latency?

All of it. :D
I won't buy a TV or monitor with high latency, no matter how cheap it is as it would be completely useless for me.

edit: Let me clarify a bit. My current TV has 41ms input lag, and while I can still play PS4 on it, I won't buy anything with higher input lag. I would pay about 10% - 15% more to halve that.

I can't really chug my ps4 pro along to a store and test the latency on HDR.

But would appreciate some specs, thanks.

How much u willing to spend on a TV with low latency?
And what other brand models are u looking at?
and what size?
Need to know what we comparing if we comparing.

I have the 55M7000 and would love it if we could have up to date firmware.

If I use another region's firmware I lose Showmax.

The default these days is Samsung, but I would have liked it if I could get Sony in SA. The last time I looked, LG typically had worse input lag, but will read reviews on everything I can can afford.
My current TV is 6 years old, and I'll probably only upgrade in 2 - 3 years time. But, hypothetically, if I was burgled, I would buy a 65", 4k TV, hopefully for <R25k.
I would also consider 60" or up to R30k if what I wanted wasn't realistic, depending on how my finances look.
I want HDR as well.

As stated in my post above, all of these "wants" are secondary to input lag of < 40ms though, and if I could get that down to <20ms, I would pay 10 - 15% more for model that offers that.

I currently have 2 Samsungs ( one 51" and the other 60" ), but only Full HD.

For 60" with HDR 10 and low latency < 30ms, I would go up to 20k.

How are you going to measure input latency from something on a usb stick?

^ This.

The question is not about seeing HDR or not. The question is regarding the input lag ( in ms ) on UHD and HDR 10 enabled.

That is usually a problem with some screens.

I have never seen them being more expensive on the dealer price lists.

But that being said I've never had access to all the pricing across the board for all brands.

The outside waterproof versions are more expensive for obvious reasons and I would imagine ones for certain industrial purposes would he too.

So how does the average consumer get hold of one of these PDPs?
