Honestly I am quite tired of people trying to sort this out diplomatically. From being one of the customers who were F*ucked over by sentech i dont want to deal with things diplomaticaly.

If I were to get an article printed in the STAR Newspaper completely flaming Sentech who of you will stand by it???

moosag, I'm sure getting support is not the issue... problem is that there are now so few active MW
users left (I myself am "leaving" at the end of the month) that everything has gone quite dead.
MyWireless... a great concept, a great innovation, but ruined by a bumbling bureaucracy within
the Sentech Head Office.
Will the last person here please switch off the lights!!!

That truly is so sad. Unfortunately i have to keep this horrific product due a number of geographical and financial constraints.

Gonna wait it out and see what happens. To my guess they are probaly going to disband MyWireless after their Cellphone network goes up.

I wouldnt be so hopeless Moosag. I am pretty much in the same boat as you... The only reason why Sentech would ever 'can' Sentech is when there are other wireless broadband services out there kicking the **** outta theirs... Right it is really Telkom vs Sentech. If Sentech were not interested in the MW product they wouldnt have even did the bW profile thingy and they probably wouldnt have bothered meeting with the users...

Lets wait n see... The product is hardly of age yet but I thnk things will get right... um I hope things will get right.

soon there will be othere products that will work and not be rolled out without planning and foresight ...

I had an ISDN line before Sentech. I had to wait 6 months before it could get installed and I had to reslove to throwing a brick through a Telkom Service Bakkie to get them to install my line. yes i sat 1 night in jail for it but alteast my line got installed. After that i only had TERRIBLE service from Telkom. I vowed I would never go back and I never would have though that there could be a company out there worse then Telkom. But too my surprise Sentech have out done Telkom in every way possible.

Anyone know if I can go into a Chryogenic state till next year Feb or maybe June. I cant handle all these ba*tards f*cking me around. I feel like someone should march into Sentech Buildings and blow the **** out of all the higher end management.
