The McLaren looks 'different' (or innovative, if you will) enough that, if their design works, it's going to mop the floor with everyone else like Braun's double-diffuser did last year. Either that, or it's going to be an unmitigated disaster... or, their rear-wing-fin-thing will be banned before the first race-weekend.

I prefer the look of the F10 tbh...

BUT the MP4-25 has some interesting ideas on it.. will have to see how it actually performs though.

The Ferrari certainly looks better IMO.

Naah, the picture is a little more blurred :D

An interesting point - Ferrari's ex aerodynamics guy works for McLaren now and one of McLaren's engineers has moved to Ferrari...
Add to that Michael Schumacher's defection to Mercedes and you have an interesting cross pollination between the top teams.
I suspect Brawn, Ferrari and McLaren will be fighting for the title.

My prediction is:
Mclaren to take the first third of the season while Ferrari catches up, Brawn will be close but may have the momentum come mid season. I think it will be a close final. Any other predicitons?

That huge fuel tank is going to be a killer... Look at where the exhaust is on the macca - perhaps there to warm cool tyres? Perhaps negative on the hotter circuits.

Plausible BUT I fear you might be making a mistake not tossing Red Bull in there somewhere - Adrian Newey is a miracle-man!

I have to concede I forgot about Red Bull...
I think you are right - another one in the final for sure - and it's not an easy one, they had momentum without the diffuser last year but this year they are likely including it in their package off the bat. They have two awesome drivers as well...

Hmm... I would definitely put them above Ferrari for the constructors since Ferrari has a new driver... and IMO Alonso and Massa are going to rub each other up the wrong way. That said, I think my prediction is any of those four teams could take it - we should know by June who the real contenders are. Ferrari could surprise us all and come out guns blazing this year too. I suspect they won't perform until the first third or so is over.

Mmmm... It'll be interesting to see if Alonso can finally hang up his handbag that the prissy numpty is so fond of swinging around, and get down to some actual racing. With all the years' experience with Schumi, perhaps Ferrari are better at dealing with drivers with an overblown sense of entitlement than any other team. :p
