I'm still waiting :/

I was the driver in the complex and they're just not getting to me. Thing is, I can only do Fridays so every Friday they don't show up, it's another week.

Everyone around me has, and they're not even that interested in what it is

That's bad! :(

So complex install is finished and you're waiting on ONT installation at your private residence?
Who's the provider? Vuma/Fibrehoods?

They're not finished in the complex - but the confirmed times were ignored and the mails weren't replied to either. All my neighbors got preference on their install on my booked days.

They just replied and said they'll install

Frustrating indeed!
Was asking because we went through something similar...

Glad to hear that there appears to be some progress.

I have to be honest - these guys frustrate the living **** out of me with their lack of replies.

First thing that irritated me : Charging a R999.00 fee for connection, after saying there's no connection fee (smart though, as they named it termination point fee rather than connection fee)

Second thing : They told me they're let me know 30 days before installation so that I can sort out of my Telkom. They gave me 3 days, so I'm paying twice for Internet.

Third : They billed last month until the 02 December 2017 ; and this month from the 01 December. In two months, I haven't' paid what I'm actually supposed to pay because a few days over

Fourth : Lack of any reply
