Hi All

I have noticed that they are digging up the side walks in Craigavon. Does anybody know if this is for Fibre? I have tried to ask the workers but they dont know.

Thanks
Paul

To pick up on this topic, does anybody know who is trenching in Craigavon now? I saw a Metrofibre truck and tried their providers.

Metrofibre has already laid fibre there, I think it's Telkom busy at the moment with this area. From my research, the following fibre providers are available, Metrofibre, Greencom, Titc SA fibre.

*Bump*
We recently had fibre rolled out in our complex by Netsream and iConnect in Craigavon.
I can't say the process has been stellar, as we've been battling to get consistency since the 11th of Feb.
I know OpenServe and VOX are in the area as well?

Well, we have had nothing and I even had telkom phone and ask me what is holding me back from signing up for fibre. An openserve guy came to troubleshoot my ADSL line and said the infrastructure is available and he doesn't know why they are not offering it.

titc are another useless bunch. All the fibre providers seem pretty incompetent.

From the new greencom site some of the complexes are live while others are in installation progress.

I am still waiting for my trustees to choose a fibre provider, hate playing the waiting game

I decided to phone vumatel to find out if they going to install in my complex since I saw one of their 'pink t-shirt ' technicians taking pics inside my complex a few months back , and it seems they are. But how is this possible if the area is not dark pink yet and it still needs another 200 interested people to register on their site??
