Fibre installation at officepark in Blackheath/Cresta

Hi
I have a client at a office park in Beyers Naude, Cresta. DFA installed fibre there many months ago.
The client is not a heavy internet user and a 50/50 line would be sufficient for them. They don't need a fancy router or a SLA.
Problem I'm having is that no-one seems to be able to install a CPE etc for us.

Any advice?
