Fibre new apartment

Hi all. Just moved into new apartment and currently using rain lte. The new apartment seems to have a fibre box(huawei box). Whats the process of getting fibre? Will there still need to be installation etc?? Any help appreciated

Find out who the fibre provider is (Openserve, Vumatel, etc). The easiest may be to contact an ISP like Afrihost to find out who is the fibre infrastructure provider in that building (there is usually just one).

It depend on whether the fibre is still active or not. An ISP should be able to test it, and tell you what to do next. Just contact your ISP of choice and they will handle it from their side. Not much you can do other than that.

What ever you do stay away from a legacy ADSL isp rather use a fibre only ISP.

It does depend on your budget, but look at Cool ideas who have no fup over axxess who have tiers.
