The LOS light on my Huawei modem is flashing red and I’ve read online that it could be the yellow fibre cable so before buying a new one to test is there perhaps anyone else experiencing an outage in the above mention area/ network/ ISP?
I have contacted ISPafrika which say they have contacted the upstream provider but who knows how long it’ll take for a response especially since it’s a public holiday tomorrow.
Also, where would I be able to get a new yellow fibre cable in PTA East?
