Fibre Question!!! Someone please help me i am new to fibre

I would just like to know if someone can assist in this matter.
Okey here we go...

We are in the process of moving to Pretoria and where we are moving to there is Fibre there and everything has been installed there at that house by the previous owners and the connection to the fibre box(PS:the box is grey with a yellow label on it, it is outside the house) there is also the connection inside the house(Where you plug in the cable from the box to the router it looks like a plug). So all i want to know is do i need to get a modem or does my ISP(Telkom) provide one for me or can i get a Router/Modem Combo(I think it is the one that has a ADSL and WAN port with Ethernet ports). Any info is welcome and please help And can someone please explain this to me i am new to this Fibre.

Your ISP should provide you with the router you need, are you moving into an Openserve Fibre Area?

I am not sure if i remember correctly the label said Afrihost but i am not sure i just remember that the label was yellow

Afrihost don’t lay fibre, if you give me the address on a PM I can check the area maps for you.

There are lots of different fibre optic networks who use grey boxes

The area is Rietvalleirand Pretoria. I did check at one point and it said that the area "Rietvalleirand" supports fibre but i am not sure if it supports telkoms

Yellow label is probably Openserve, they have fibre in that area.
