Fibre Set-Up Problems (Zyxel Router Issues)

Hi all,

Mweb fibre installed in the home, provided with a Zyxel router.

It will stay connected for a few minutes the change log-in details, the router shows as active and online but I cannot connect as it says invalid password?

Any advice?

I do want to change the router so any suggestions welcomed.

Sounds like the router has corrupted it's settings, do a factory reset (described here http://smallbusiness.chron.com/reset-zyxel-modem-49277.html) then setup the router again from scratch. If you can get in by the web interface, there is probably an option there to 'Load defaults' or similar that will do the same thing.
