This Team Member will be responsible to provide the daily support, consultation and installation services to our customers. This support could be provided through the mediums of telephonic-, remote- or onsite support .
You will be responsible for the Maintenance and Administration of current SLA Agreement services which covers; client networks, servers, desktop, and software applications or the design of such networks or servers.
You will contribute to project management, infrastructure planning, design and problem resolution and technical support for server, workstation and network issues.
Requirements:
5 Years of Advanced Desktop Support
5 Years of Server Support (Microsoft), Firewalls (preference to Cyberoam)
Strong Understanding of multiple technologies, which includes PC Hardware, Ethernet Networks, Fibre & Wireless networks, Backup Software and Antivirus Solutions.
Experience in dealing with 3rd Party Service Provides example: ISP, Document Automation, Hosted Services.
Have a strong foundation in Office 365 Implementations
Comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Software Environments:
a) Small Business Server
b) Windows Server
c) Exchange Server
d) Active Directory & DNS
e) IIS
f) VPN (Hardware and Software)[/INDENT]
Ability to design, build and implement Network Infrastructures
Good Communication Skills
Strong ability to analyse customer needs
Pre-Sales Technical Evaluations and Recommendations
Remuneration will be dependent on Experience
