Our client is seeking a Technical Supervisor that is a natural leader, admin orientated and has exceptional communication skills. The candidate will be dealing with customers and managers on a regular basis therefore the individual is required to be presentable and professional at all times.
Responsibilities
Manages technical resources within budget and project schedule
Create and execute technical development plans and revise as appropriate
Keeps all parties involved well informed of status of installations
Ensure technical teams are conforming and adhere to company values, performance review and mentor technical assistants
Facilitate effective team interaction
Advise management of appropriate training for technical department and self-development
Skills & Qualifications
CompTIA Networks+ or CompTia A+ an advantage
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience
Understanding of Configuration and troubleshooting of Routers/Switches within a LAN and or WAN environment.
Knowledge of Wireless WAN & LAN and Scanning Solutions
Experience in repairs to hardware an advantage
Must have valid driver’s license and own vehicle. It is not an office bound job – candidate will be required to be out on site.
