Anyone know a tool I can use on Windows 7 64bit that I can use to download a file from the internet using the command line.

I basically want to download a file from a website, unzip it, and then process it using another application I'm writing.

I use wget for windows without a problem. Works exactly like it would on a Linux system once installed.
